At BUNCH we have experience on both sides of the coin, having both managed creators and been the ‘talent’ ourselves! 

We have realised that there are hundreds of businesses out there suffering from creator ‘FOMO’. They realise they should be looking to work with talent, but really don’t know where to start. 

This is where BUNCH comes in! Over 5 years of personal trial and error, we have come to understand the secret sauce behind successful influencer activations and top performing UGC.

Sophie and Jamie founded BUNCH with a desire to leverage their collective expertise in a way that empowers brands, making marketing more straightforward and effective.

Meet our first founder, Sophie. An expert in all things UGC and content creation.

  • Co-Founder

    Sophie has had digital marketing roles leading 360 degree global marketing campaigns for Manchester United & Myprotein and managing campaign creative.

    Sophie discovered UGC through growing her own socials to <20K and has since worked with huge brands providing organic and paid content.

Meet our founder, Jamie. An expert in all things Influencer Marketing and paid optimisation.


  • Co-Founder

    Having most recently led Revolut’s local marketing in the UK, Jamie has over 7 years growth marketing experience.

    Jamie worked with hundreds of influencers a year at Revolut and through this experience has developed an understanding of what an excellent activation looks like.
